Today the Marfarlanes left to fly home to Inverness. On their way they wanted to visit a couple of places so we went to some with them. We drove to two places. The first, Tützing and the second, Feldafing. In Tützing we ate our lunch and had a wonder around.

We then went to Feldafing which is where my Dad grew up in an Army Base with his family. Oma Ingrid and him wanted to visit but they had sold the building where they used to live. Anyway, we went to Starberger See where a couple went for a swim but Sophie and I read our books. We saw the cutest duck family!

We then said goodbye to the MacFarlanes as we headed home and they went to I think Erding town before Munich airport.

Simon, Timmy and I wanted to go to our favorite rodel bahn. It is so much faster, less busy and less expencive than the otherone because it is not near tourist atrractions such as castles. So we went there and each time on our way up we collected grass for the goat who waited at the bottom. He is so funny! Each year he is still there and always friendly 😀

Here is a vague image of the rodel bahn.. Its the best I could get because it really is all over the place.

When we arrived home Oma Rita had cooked us a wonderful dinner. Oma’s cooking is my favorite!

Then I also went for a cycle.. Again! You would guess by now that I really like cycling:D

Today was completely and utterly touristy. It was so good! I love being a tourist 😀
First of all we went to Rodel Bahn just outside the well known town of Füssen. This isn’t my favorite Rodel Bahn because a lot of tourists go so slow just to enjoy the view. I think we are still going to my favorite Rodel Bahn before our holidays are over.

Next we went on a Gondel up the mountain abd had the most beautiful view!! Stunning!
Afterwards we headed into Füssen to roam about the town and also buy some post cards. In Austria they have cheap petrol so we took the 10 minute de tour to also say that we’ve been in Austria and to take thw opportunity of cheap fuel.

Coming later in the day we went on a horse and cart to Neuschwanstein which is a pretty castle that the Disney castles were inspired by. Of course I took loads of pictures. I mean loads so just some will be below.

We only maneged ti have dinner at Cafe Central (our favorite) at around 8.30pm. It was such a busy day but also one of my favorites so far:)

In exactly one week I will be in Germany soaking up the freezing cold 😀 On Saturday I looked at what I might take with me and it’s safe to say if I want to take my laptop to blog everyday for you all then I am going to have to sacrifice some clothes but that’s good because then I can buy some over there 🙂 I hope! I really hope it will be a nice holiday. I would much rather have my friends there too but hopefully I’ll get to do my own thing as well because I have to say.. adults do get boring after a while. Shopping is a must. Blogging is a must, taking photos, Cooking with Oma (that’s granny is German), Rodel bahn.. if it’s open (If you don’t know what Rodel Bahn it, youtube it! ) I do love a good holiday 🙂
I found a video for Rodel Bahn 🙂

It is in German but you get the idea 🙂 It’s the best thing everrrr 😀
