I know this is 2 days late but bare with me, I just came to So Coco today. Oh, and now, the manager knows me because of my hat. What a legend!

So, I guess your all just dying to know what we got up to in Glasgow. Well, I woke up at 04.30 and Rachael at 05.00. It was easier than I thought to wake her. We left at about 06.10 to walk to the bus stop. The first bus was boltic! We almost missed our bus from Perth… because, we didn’t know if it was the London bus we had to take but luckily I ended up asking. The seemed miserable that’s why we were hesitating. The second bus was Mega Bus and it was lovely and warm, with Wifi! score! In Glasgow we met Peta and headed on our church adventures.

Lets just say, we basically had a tour around the whole of Erskine… we resorted to asking in a HUGE Hotel that looked like Downton Abbey… seriously. We came in with our winter coats, jeans and boots while they were wearing tartan posh trousers. Pretty much felt like an outsider in there. I would have came back with photographic evidence but had to head straight back to find church. Now, what we found out was that One Direction and Kylie Minogue etc stayed in this hotel when they came… ok.. thats why we felt like outsiders haha! Eventually, we found the church. It was so cute! Tuns of little kids :’) AND Banana cake!!

So at church they sermon was on An Unexpected Journey. There were three points:

1) To expect the unexpected.
God loves to do things unexpectedly. For example, in Acts 9:1-19 Saul was the least likely candidate.. he was guilty of breathing our murderous threats and was going to get permission to wipe out all Christians. He had done so much harm. Who would have thought he’d be used by God? We know that, if Saul can be saved, anyone can!

2) Place of prayer.
Does it tell us that Saul was already a man of prayer?
When something unexpected happened in his life, he prayed like never before.
When we start to pray from our hearts, God will speak. Sometime, things don’t change just like that. Sometimes, they take time and we just have to have faith in the fact that God starts to work even if we can’t see it straight away. Prayer isn’t just essential, its vital. Its a matter of life and death.

3) Empowering of the Spirit.
In verse 8, something happened immediately when he was filled with the holy spirit. When we’re filled with the holy spirit and our vision can be renewed. Perhaps if your struggling with where God wants you, you might need to be filled afresh because God has an incredible plan for you. That involves experiencing the unexpected with God.

Church was so good 🙂 After church, we journeyed to the city center and done a little bit of shopping. We spent the most time in Forever 21 because they don’t have that where we live so it was cool! We have just the best fashion sense.. (All will become clear soon.) In the city center there was a cute cafe hidden away. They sold high tea so that’s what we had 🙂 And, hot milk with honey and nutmeg. Delicious! After high tea, we wondered for a bit and took many pictures with mine and Petas mascot, Custard. (Again, all will become clear soon;) ) and then we headed to Petas hotel to charge and phones and chill out a little bit before Nandos. One thing I learned was that I don’t think I will ever ever be able to be a spicy food eating person. I thought the mild one was a bit spicy and when I tried the medium sauce, I downed my apple juice and had to rush to get a glass of water. Madness! 😀

Anyway, here are some pictures of our day (In no order)  We always make such wonderful memories. I love you Peta!!! Miss you already!

For this first post the very first idea that came into mind was Vintage. I’ve always wanted and imagined my bedroom one day and it always looks like a Modern kind of vintage. Do you know what I mean? White furniture but still a bit older looking, a white curving dressing table with a mirror, roses in my bedroom, hearts on the walls and vintage photo frames. Let me give you some ideas 🙂

Is it just wishful thinking? It’s so pretty though!

50 facts about me, artists, Arts, blog, church, cities, clothes, comments, country, crafts, daily blogging, daily post, design, faith, fashion, fashion trends, feed back, Friday, German, German language, God, guitar, Hope, ideas, inspirational, inspire, instruments, jesus, journeys, Learning, life, London, love, music, music artists, Musical, new buys, paintings, photography, pictures, quotes, random, scrapbooking, shops, singing, songs, Sunday, tag, thankful, town, travel, travelling, world, world tour, world travel, worship

On one of my favorite blogs I saw the idea of having a post structure. This structure combined with her ideas were, I thought, extremely cool! I’ve decided that I want to try it out; I’m not saying that I will do this forever (unless I really love it!!). I want to see how it goes. So, I have made my own ‘structure’. I’m not going to do this for everyday of the week because I also like to have my random ramblings 😀 also where I focus also more on faith and the sermons from Friday’s and Sundays church 🙂 Here’s what I’ve come up with for the rest of the week:

Musical Mondays 😀
Here I’d like to with you a song or lyrics I love, what instrument(s) I’d like to learn, why I learn guitar, my playlist, new found songs, re-discovered songs, inspirational artists etc 🙂

Designer Dienstag.
I know, ‘Dienstag’ isn’t English; it’s German – I wanted it to have a ‘D’ in it. It means Tuesday in German 😀 Anyway, I have said earlier in my blog that I love to arrange flowers.. for some strange reason. I also love anything to do with design such as, scrapbooking and art. So I’d like to post any art that I love, my scrapbook pages and the stories behind them, any art given to me and also quotes I like 🙂

Travelling Thursday.
I love to travel! I’d love to go on a world tour. For these posts I’d like to share travels that I have been on and places that I want to visit. Including pictures of course!

Fashion Friday.
Here will be any new buys, fashion trends, outfits I like, anything to do with fashion 😀 I love clothes 😀

So that’s it! As you can see I have left Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday for my random ramblings 🙂 And of course I can always do 2 posts in a day in case I have the urge to tell you something 😀 I am going to Germany TOMORROW!:D So I will probably start this structure when I come home because I want to focus on telling you about Germany and giving you some good pictures 🙂 Be sure to tell me in the comments what you think of my ideas 🙂

I bet most people want to travel the world or at least visit some countries.
I would!
Just now I am in 4th year. At the end on March we have Easter holidays and then 6 weeks of study leave for our BIG exams 😛 then its 5th year. Then… I will be FINALLY 16! yeey(:
I can’t leave after 4th year anyway because my birthday is after the Summer holidays. We have too chose 5 subjects, I think.
I don’t know what I want to do… I think Maths and English will be SO hard but you sort of need that. And then Languages I loovee so I want to take German and French. German because well, I speak it already but I want to keep it up.. and learn more about the complicated stuff. French because apart from Gaelic that is the only other language.
But I love Biology and Art so hmm I don’t know.
I don’t really know if I want to stay for 6th year. I want to do Open Learning or something. I don’t know what its called but I teach myself and then just go in for
the exams. I don’t really like school haha.

Anyway, after school I want to do a world tour. It sounds easy but I haven’t even started saving so I think I may have to wait a while. But I really want to.. I want to travel
the world and then decide where I want to live. And then of course learn the language.
I have already planned out so far of where I want to go. Here it is:

From here – Canada – America – The Bahamas – Ireland – London – Cornwall – Portugal – France – Spain – Italy – Germany (of course:D) – Denmark – Norway – Sweden – Finland – Romania –
Hawaii – Japan – Korea – Australia – New Zealand – Africa.

I don’t know if that’s the right order but they are the places that I want to go to 🙂 So literally around the world 😀
Right now I really don’t have a clue where I will like the best. I LOVE Germany, its Beautiful but I go there a lot so I am used to it, its like a second home.
I used to go there twice a year but now its once a year. I have never been to America or Canada but it sounds SO cool…
I don’t really want to go to all these places by my self though 😀 So, I will have to find someone who will go with me hehe:) I have a few people who we have joked about going on a World Tour together but I really doubt that’s going to happen.. They will have other plans by now, But I want to go. So we’ll see(: That’s my plan
