I’m not sure if you could call it a routine but… this is what I do 😀

I was trying to do this everyday but it has slowly become a from time to time thing. 
40 Jumping Jacks
30 crunches
20 sqauts 
10 push ups
1 min plank (don’t try 2 mins… I almost died)

Then.. yes! there is more 😀
A couple of times a week I go with my friends out for run. 
I’m trying to be more active but it may take time 😀
